RETURNS
To deliver the best-in-class value, we do not offer a return policy on any of our products under normal circumstances.
The exception to this rule applies in the case of physical damage or expiry of any delivered products. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the affected items.
Any errors in delivery, such as missing items or incorrect items being delivered, will warrant a proper exchange or return as special cases.
As described in these Terms, we do not guarantee satisfaction with any products sold. Therefore, concerns such as a product’s appearance not appealing to you or discovering that a product does not function as advertised by the manufacturer or us will not qualify for a return.
For any return-related concerns, you must contact us at [sales@ailesjewelry.com] from your registered email address and provide full details including your order ID, names of items subject to complaint, and specific reasons for the return as explained above. We may contact you for more details and will correspond via email or by calling the phone number registered in the order.
This return policy is valid for seven (7) days from the date of order delivery.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
If a return is warranted, a delivery agent appointed by us will contact you to pick up the returned items and provide a replacement if applicable.
The contact will be made using the phone number registered with your order. If we are unable to reach you after three (3) attempts or within forty-eight (48) hours after sending the return confirmation email, the return decision may be voided and any committed refunds canceled.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once your order payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
You have up to twenty-four (24) hours from the time of confirmation to cancel your order and receive a full refund. After this period, the order cannot be canceled.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status:
approval or rejection—of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
