How long does a piece take to create?
Our fine jewelry is made to order, kindly allow up to 14 working days for production, followed by 1–2 working days for UAE delivery, or 3–5 working days for GCC and international destinations.

Yes, Ailes Jewelry ships worldwide. International orders are delivered safely through trusted couriers such as DHL, with full tracking provided once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because each piece is handcrafted and often made-to-order, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

What if my jewelry breaks or needs repair?
We offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase. After that period, repair services are available for a small fee.
